Witter Springs Jack Russell Terriers is located in Lake County in Northern California. We take pride in breeding top quality Jack Russell Terriers. All of our puppies are bred from Jack Russell Terrier Club of America (JRTCA) registered parents with the top, proven bloodlines. All puppies are house raised and well socialized, their health is guaranteed. Every puppy is BAER (brain stem auditory evoked response) tested.
