If you decide you want one of our terriers and we agree that a Witter Springs terrier is right for you, then you can place a deposit to either be added to our reservation list or hold one of our currently available puppies.

The balance on your puppy (plus any shipping charges) is due by the time it reaches 8 weeks of age.

I understand that deposits are $200 and are nonrefundable.

I understand that pet quality pets require a separate $100 refundable spay / neuter contract and that I need to send a copy of veterinary report in order to collect my refund.

I understand that in the event I can no longer care for my dog that I will return it to Witter Springs Farm and never to a shelter/pound/stranger/science facility. If I’m going to place it with a friend or family member I will contact Witter Springs Farm. Remember this part of the contract is to keep our dogs safe during its entire lifetime.

I understand that I am responsible for the care of my puppy including food, toys, treats, veterinary expenses, etc. and I am ready and able to provide for it.
